These Terms of Service (hereinafter – "Terms") govern your use of the website, access to product information, and purchases made through our store. You can purchase products as a guest without creating a permanent account. When placing an order, you must provide accurate and verifiable shipping and contact information (including mobile phone number required for courier SMS tracking updates).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or if we identify fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

3. Prices & Payment Security

All products and bundle prices are clearly stated in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) depending on your region. Prices include all applicable value-added taxes and processing fees.

Payment is authorized and captured securely at the time of order placement. Integrated payment processing is handled via certified Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never store your full payment card credentials on our servers.

4. Shipping & Customs Duties

Full shipping schedules, transit times, and delivery guarantees are specified in our Shipping Policy. Orders are dispatched directly from our international air logistics hub via tracked air courier with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, eliminating hidden customs or import fees for customers in the EU, US, and UK.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-delivery handling charges may apply.

5. Right of Withdrawal & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, customers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery. These Terms, purchases, and any disputes arising between you and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong.
